What Is Catch Can?
The Catch Can captures and separates oil mist and fuel vapors. We have cleverly utilized the internal space of the 6.7 Powerstroke valve cover, where the integrated baffle opening allows oil to automatically drain back into the oil pan when positive pressure is released (such as when the vehicle is shut off), while the cleaned gases are vented out.
This built-in Catch Can requires no clog inspection or maintenance, and is specifically engineered for users who value performance without extra complications.

Check Engine Light
A clogged or faulty PCV valve raises crankcase pressure and triggers the check engine light. Common codes include P052E (crankcase pressure high) and P04DB (ventilation system disconnected).

1. Intercooler (Cleaning: $50–$400)
Unburned fuel vapors and oil mist tend to condense and leave residue along the airflow path before entering the cylinders, especially in areas with large temperature differences such as the intercooler.
2. Intake Pipe (Cleaning: $100–$400)
Residual oil vapors mix with dust from the air and soot from the EGR system. This mixture forms thick sludge deposits that gradually clog the intake tract.
3. Turbocharger (If Cleaning: $300–$1,000, If Replacing: $2,260–$2,915)
When sludge deposits stick to the turbo blades, turbo lag becomes more noticeable, abnormal noises may appear, and the imbalance of the rotating blades increases bearing wear, ultimately leading to a drastically reduced turbocharger lifespan.
Venturi Scavenging Design: By leveraging intake tract vacuum, it actively evacuates crankcase gases. Innovative layout that bypasses the brake booster, eliminating the need for restrictive baffles. Its streamlined routing with no sharp angles minimizes pressure drop, ensures smooth pressure flow, and achieves zero power loss.
Much Cleaner: By removing the PCV/CCV system, oil sludge and carbon buildup in the intercooler and intake piping are significantly reduced. This improves cooling efficiency, promotes smoother airflow, lowers intake temperatures, and increases air volume—resulting in improved power and fuel efficiency.
