Cleaner Intake Path: By stopping crankcase vapors from cycling back into the intake, this setup prevents oil film and carbon buildup inside piping, reducing airflow restriction and eliminating repeated cleaning or premature part replacement costs over time.
Dry Engine Bay: Lower crankcase pressure helps prevent oil seepage and vapor mist, keeping engine components and the chassis cleaner〞especially valuable for daily drivers and work trucks that see long miles or harsh conditions.
Backflow Defense: Fully sealed hoses and fittings are engineered to stop fluid reversal and block dirt or moisture intrusion, providing dependable protection during off-road use, muddy terrain, or water crossings.
Zero Maintenance: With oil vapor circulation eliminated, there are no filters to service or passages to inspect, delivering a true install-and-forget solution for drivers who value long-term reliability and simplicity.
Simplified Layout: Removing the factory CCV/PCV system reduces clutter and failure points while freeing up valuable space on top of the engine, making future upgrades or servicing easier with Vigor Diesel–focused efficiency.

What Is Catch Can?
The Catch Can captures and separates oil mist and fuel vapors. We have cleverly utilized the internal space of the 6.7 Powerstroke valve cover, where the integrated baffle opening allows oil to automatically drain back into the oil pan when positive pressure is released (such as when the vehicle is shut off), while the cleaned gases are vented out.
This built-in Catch Can requires no clog inspection or maintenance, and is specifically engineered for users who value performance without extra complications.
Perks of the Function PCV
Cleaner: The upgraded PCV acts like a built-in cylindrical oil separator, with an added layer of advanced filtration and separation. It keeps harmful oil vapors out of the intake, reducing carbon buildup.
Safer: Its mesh structure stops debris from entering the crankcase, protecting the engine bay from hidden damage and ensuring the long-term reliability truck owners count on.
Annoyed by PCV/CCV Issues?
Check Engine Light
A clogged or faulty PCV valve raises crankcase pressure and triggers the check engine light. Common codes include P052E (crankcase pressure high) and P04DB (ventilation system disconnected).
Oil and Carbon Buildup
High pressure pushes oil vapor into the intake and cylinders, where they condense into sludge deposits and combine with carbon particles, aggravating carbon buildup.
Crankcase Seal Leak
Excess pressure forces oil past the crankcase seal, causing leaks, a dirty engine bay, and increased oil consumption.
Blue Oil Smoke
Although the dipstick shows normal levels, residual oil burns, creating a false oil-burning symptom, and accelerating carbon buildup.
Benefits of PCV/CCV Reroute/Delete
01. No Cleaning/Replacing Cost
When the PCV/CCV is not deleted, the cost of each cleaning or replacement is as follows — and these costs will recur.
Intercooler
Intake Pipe
Turbocharger
Throttle Valve, etc.
1. Intercooler (Cleaning: $50–$400)
Unburned fuel vapors and oil mist tend to condense and leave residue along the airflow path before entering the cylinders, especially in areas with large temperature differences such as the intercooler.
2. Intake Pipe (Cleaning: $100–$400)
Residual oil vapors mix with dust from the air and soot from the EGR system. This mixture forms thick sludge deposits that gradually clog the intake tract.
3. Turbocharger (If Cleaning: $300–$1,000, If Replacing: $2,260–$2,915)
When sludge deposits stick to the turbo blades, turbo lag becomes more noticeable, abnormal noises may appear, and the imbalance of the rotating blades increases bearing wear, ultimately leading to a drastically reduced turbocharger lifespan.
Venturi Scavenging Design: By leveraging intake tract vacuum, it actively evacuates crankcase gases. Innovative layout that bypasses the brake booster, eliminating the need for restrictive baffles. Its streamlined routing with no sharp angles minimizes pressure drop, ensures smooth pressure flow, and achieves zero power loss.
Much Cleaner: By removing the PCV/CCV system, oil sludge and carbon buildup in the intercooler and intake piping are significantly reduced. This improves cooling efficiency, promotes smoother airflow, lowers intake temperatures, and increases air volume—resulting in improved power and fuel efficiency.
03. Durable & Accurate
We use 6061 aluminum alloy, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1202°F, resistant to oil, and excellent in heat dissipation. After precision CNC machining, the parts are anodized for superior corrosion resistance!
What Is PCV/CCV?
The gases drawn from the crankcase are routed into the engine’s intake pipe, then pulled into the cylinders for re-combustion.
What Is PCV/CCV Delete/Reroute?
Removed OEM Parts
PCV/CCV Valve Assembly and Return Hoses/Lines: route crankcase vapors back into the intake system.
Added Parts
Block-Off Plate: seals the factory passage.
Reroute Hose: directs vapors to a safe location.
Clamps, Fittings, and Hardware: ensure sealing and long-term durability.
How to Install?
It takes about 5 minutes to install the Catch Can. Need help? Our tech support team is ready to assist!
Main Steps: Allow engine to cool → Prepare tools and safety gear → Remove rust and lubricate → Remove factory PCV/CCV hose → Install reroute hose / catch can assembly → Secure clamps and bolts → Clean old oil residue → Tighten fittings and check for leaks.
