Installation and Tuning

Installation

Difficulty: Easy, DIY friendly (approx. 1 hour, lift recommended)

Tools: Socket/open-end wrench, screwdriver, torque wrench, safety gloves

Steps:

• Safely park the vehicle and disconnect the battery negative terminal.
• Remove sensors, heat shield, and hanger.
• Remove the original DOC/DPF assembly (V-band clamp).
• Install the Vigor Diesel Racepipe and tighten it with the included clamp.
• Check seals and hanger positions, reposition the battery, and test for leaks.

Note: No cutting required; all hardware is included.

Tuning

A tuner (ECU programmer) must be used to:

• ✅ Clear fault codes (prevent engine light illumination)
• ✅ Optimize fuel injection and disable regeneration (prevent oil dilution)
• ✅ Maximize horsepower and torque
